This 18 Ga. Galvaneal soundproof room divider, constructed with an outer skin painted with standard industrial enamel paint applied at the plant, was used in a doctor's office to divide one room into two so that hearing tests can be accurately performed. Notice the viewing window in the panel next to the single door in the photo.
