Sonex Industrial Noise Control Panels

These 2"x4" Sonex panels are used as an acoustical treatment for boiler rooms by absorbing noise from the boiler, resulting in noise reduction inside the boiler room.

Custom Designed Acoustical Metal Panel Enclosure

This enclosure is 4-sided with roof using the standard Galvanized construction. The photo provides an example of a fully assembled enclosure with customized cutouts for around penetrations, i.e. Hoses, electrical, etc connected to pump.

Custom Soundproof Enclosure

This galvanized unit was designed for industrial noise control in the plastic industry. It is used during the manufacturing of products. It provides the required noise reduction as well as the total access required in the event there is a product jam. This is accomplished by the unique design that allows the unit to be lifted via an overhead lifting device at any time. A site visit is required for accurate measurements. Unit comes to the customer fully assembled with custom cutouts, viewing window and eyebolts for lifting entire enclosure on and off over product processing equipment.

Specialized Acoustical Metal Panel Enclosure

This unit is of standard Galvanized construction and is specifically designed for industrial noise control and acoustical treatment of plastic injection equipment. Penetrations through an enclosure are not problem due to a removable panel system with specialized cutouts. Notice the quick release fasteners and location of circular cutouts in the photo.

Industrial Noise Control Enclosure

This unit is made especially for industrial noise control and is constructed using 18 Ga. Galvanized solid outer skin, 22 Ga. Galvanized perforated inner skin, and 18 Ga. Galvanized channel and absorption material. It is manufactured with 5 identical soundproof enclosures which consist of all removable panels and a ventilation system (an air inlet and an air exhaust baffle with a fan) to allow air flow through the enclosure so the equipment won"t overheat. Unit is shipped fully assembled and is approximately 1"x3"x2" (H) in size.

Eight-door Soundproof Custom Enclosure

Standard Galvanized construction with structural tubing is used in the 6"x8"x8"(H) (approximate size) enclosure. This unit provides acoustical treatment of equipment, adequate noise control, and easy access to any side of the equipment at any time as may become necessary. Notice the horizontal and vertical structural support for added rigidity when all eight doors are opened at once.

Removable Panel Soundproof Enclosure

The chemical plant oriented unit is approximately 3"x8"x2"(H) and is constructed using 18 Ga. Galvaneal outer solid skin to allow unit to be painted with standard industrial enamel paint during the in-house manufacturing process. It includes handles with quick-release fasteners so that the panels can be easily removed for total access to equipment for maintenance. The enclosure is comes to you fully assembled.

Custom Industrial Noise Control Enclosure

This custom sound enclosure made for the challenges of industrial noise control and is of galvanized construction. It is pre-assembled at our facility so it can easily be reassemble it at your own facility. The enclosure has removable front and back panels for easy access to equipment for maintenance. An air inlet allows for air exchange.

Custom Designed Acoustical Metal Panel Enclosure

This medium sized (approximately 8"x12"x8" (H)) unit is made for schools and is constructed of standard Galvanized material for use around air conditioner chiller units for noise reduction. It is manufactured in-house with specialized cutouts. A site visit is required to measure for enclosure around indoor HVAC unit. In previous installations of this specific enclosure, an overall 25 dBA reduction was achieved. Site measure-up, in-house manufacturing and installation services are provided.

Custom Designed Soundproof Enclosure

This enclosure was developed with the antifreeze manufacturer in mind for industrial noise control in their product packaging machinery. It is an odd-shaped unit with specialized cutouts and is made with standard Galvanized construction. The unit has numerous access points: double doors with windows on upper and lower front section, access door on side, and a movable tunnel on the side over conveyor. Site visits are required and included for the measuring of acoustical metal panels, cutouts and access points for the operation of the packaging machinery, and installation of the unit.

Soundproof Custom Curtain System

This curtain system is made "super" portable by use of tubular frames on casters with acoustical curtain panels attached. It is 2-sided with a roof to provide maximum "portable" noise reduction.

Soundproof Curtain and Frame System

The most cost effective, light weight industrial noise control system available. The aluminum frame bolts together with curtain panels attached for the absorption of noise from industrial equipment.

Custom Soundproof Curtain Enclosure

Hospitals usually use this unit in their Receiving Departments around ceiling-mounted blowers to protect their employees from the noise. Curtain panels are attached to angle iron frames with Velcro allowing for easy access to the unit for maintenance.

Mobile Soundproof Custom Metal Panel Enclosure

This is a movable in-plant enclosure (approximately 4"x4"x8"(H)) for use in atmospheres where the industrial noise control requires versatility. Usually in the food industry there are too many machines to acoustically treat each, acoustical in-plant offices provide mobility so employees could easily move to different areas as necessary to watch over the equipment. Notice casters on the bottom for ease in movement to the next area and windows for viewing the machinery operations.
